1. Our Service

Teddi provides its solution solely as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, integrated into client websites as a digital assistant (chatbot).
No local installation is required, and all operations are performed in the cloud.

2. Information We Collect

Our system processes the information that passes through it in order to provide the service, including conversation content and technical logs.

  • End-User Personal Data:
    We do not collect or use personal data of end-users unless they actively request to be contacted (e.g., by leaving their name, phone number, or email). In such cases, the information is stored securely in the Company’s database and is made available only to the business (our client) for the purpose of contacting the user.
  • Client Data:
    As part of the onboarding and use of our SaaS, we may collect business contact details of our clients (e.g., name, phone number, email, billing details).

3. Use of Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our services.
  • To maintain system performance and security.
  • To analyze service usage for internal improvements.
  • Personal data of end-users (website visitors) is not used by us for marketing or any other purpose. It remains under the control of the business using Teddi.

4. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade user information.
  • Data is not shared with third-party vendors, except for infrastructure providers used to host and operate the service.
  • Our services are hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain client-related data for up to two (2) years after the termination of the commercial relationship, unless otherwise required by law.
  • End-user personal data (submitted for contact purposes) is retained only as long as necessary for the client’s business needs.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually monitor and improve our safeguards.

7. User Rights

In accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR (EU) and Israeli privacy regulations:

  • Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information if such data is held by us.

8. International Users

Our company is registered in Israel. Data is processed and stored primarily on servers located in AWS data centers, which may be outside of your country of residence.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Teddi’s Use of Cookies:
    Our SaaS platform may use essential cookies or similar technologies strictly necessary to enable the chatbot to function properly (e.g., maintaining a session during a user’s interaction). These cookies do not collect personal information for profiling or marketing purposes.
  • Client Websites:
    Businesses that integrate Teddi into their websites may use additional cookies or tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). The use of such technologies is governed by the client’s own privacy policy, and Teddi is not responsible for third-party tracking implemented by our clients.
  • Legal Compliance:
    In accordance with applicable laws, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13) and the GDPR, users may have the right to receive clear notice about the use of cookies and to provide or withdraw consent where required.
